Market-rate and affordable rental homes side by side at Pier 6.

The Landing is the rental companion to Quay Tower at Pier 6. Of its 140 apartments, 100 were offered as affordable homes through the City's housing lottery, with the same building, amenities, and park at the front door as the market-rate residences.
