Brooklyn's record-setting waterfront condominium, on Pier 6 at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
RAL won a competitive RFP from Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation to develop two buildings at Pier 6: Quay Tower and The Landing. Quay Tower's 126 residences overlook the East River and the park, and the building set the record for the highest home sale price in the borough.

Pier 6 sits at the southern edge of Brooklyn Bridge Park, an 85-acre public park along the East River. Revenue from the Pier 6 buildings helps fund the park's upkeep. RAL won the competitive process to develop the site and delivered Quay Tower together with The Landing next door.

ODA designed a metal-and-glass tower; Marmol Radziner, in its first East Coast project, wrapped the residences in California-modernist interiors. RAL planned combination units from the outset, so larger homes could be created by opening a single wall. West-facing residences have private elevators, and residents share two indoor-outdoor roof lounges.
