Four Seasons Houston
A phased renovation that remade the arrival, lobby, bar, and spa of a downtown landmark hotel.
Ownership and Four Seasons asked RAL to oversee the design and renovation of the hotel in phases, keeping it open throughout. RAL delivered the work on schedule and within budget.

Phase two
A complete demolition and structural renovation of the lobby opened the view to the grand staircase and the third floor. RAL oversaw the design and construction of Bayou & Bottle, the new bar and restaurant, and a refresh of the porte-cochère and entrance.
