Vincent Cangelosi

Vincent Cangelosi is a Managing Director and architect with more than four decades of experience in design, development and project leadership. He has directed the planning and execution of millions of square feet of luxury hospitality, residential and mixed-use development in both urban and resort settings.

He began his career in New York City in the 1990s with residential conversions, work that helped shape adaptive reuse during a period of rapid change in the city. He went on to lead the design and delivery of resort and hospitality projects for brands including Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, where precision, brand alignment and the guest experience come first.

Vincent is known for tying architecture to the larger goals of a development, bringing one view across design, construction and marketing so that projects are both well designed and positioned for long-term value. He holds a degree in architecture from the City College of New York, pursued advanced studies in urban planning and preservation in Milan, and is a licensed architect in multiple states and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
