Thomas Casciano

Thomas Casciano is a Project Executive at RAL, specializing in the delivery of luxury hospitality and residential ground-up projects as well as commercial fit-outs. He aligns operators, design consultants and technical specialists with ownership’s strategic and financial goals, delivering projects through strong project controls and value engineering.

Thomas has led multidisciplinary teams through every phase of the development lifecycle. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management & Real Estate Development from New York University and a BS in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
