Stuart Taft

Stuart Taft directs all firm capitalization, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions at RAL, and manages the firm’s acquisition, leasing and finance teams. He brings more than 40 years of industry experience, and since joining RAL in 2001 has overseen transactions on more than 7.4 million square feet of development valued at over $3.6 billion.

His background spans luxury condominiums, commercial office space, affordable housing, technology and hospitality. Stuart previously held senior positions at Globix Corporation and Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University and is a licensed New York State real estate broker.
