Spencer Stevens

Spencer Stevens is a Senior Financial Analyst on RAL’s finance team, covering the underwriting, acquisition and development of complex real estate transactions across all asset types. He began his career in asset management at a leading global consulting firm before moving into real estate debt and acquisitions.

Combining institutional debt experience with a technical accounting background, Spencer brings financial rigor to every stage of development. He is a licensed CPA in New York and a graduate of Santa Clara University, with degrees in Accounting, Real Estate Finance and Political Science.
