Payton Strout

Payton Strout is an Associate Project Manager on RAL’s development team, supporting projects from predevelopment through construction. With experience spanning development, construction coordination, design management and owner’s representation, she works closely with ownership, consultants and contractors to move projects forward across RAL’s residential, hospitality and mixed-use portfolio.

Payton brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach that balances technical coordination with strategic oversight. She is an alumna of California Polytechnic State University, where she continues to guest lecture in Principles of Real Estate Development.
