Director of Property Management
Matthew D’Elia leads Property Management Affiliates, the property management arm of RAL. His team transitions new developments into operation and provides ongoing management for a portfolio of residential, commercial and retail assets.
Matthew tailors asset strategies to improve efficiency and net operating income while delivering Class A service to residents and tenants. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
