Josh Wein

Josh Wein is a Managing Director at RAL Companies & Affiliates, where he leads the firm’s development, investment and financial activities. His work spans the full life of a project: acquisition and feasibility, underwriting, capital structuring, financing, deal negotiation, budgeting, development strategy and execution.

Since joining RAL in 2006, Josh has worked on projects across the United States and the Caribbean. He oversees the financial side of RAL’s portfolio, from financial models and capitalization strategies to project budgets and ongoing performance, and manages relationships with equity partners, lenders, government agencies and community stakeholders. He has helped guide projects through entitlements, rezoning, public-private partnerships, construction, financing and joint venture structuring.

Josh holds a degree in Information Technology and Management, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises, from Syracuse University, and a professional certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University. He is a New York State licensed real estate broker and serves on the Board of Directors of the Union Square Partnership.
