Douglas Eisenstein

Douglas Eisenstein coordinates and manages the development of new projects across RAL’s residential, hospitality, office and mixed-use portfolio. He also serves as RAL’s General Counsel, overseeing insurance, risk management, contract negotiations and regulatory matters.

With more than 25 years of legal and real estate experience, Doug works closely with project teams, consultants, contractors and public agencies to guide projects from acquisition through completion, and structures and negotiates the firm’s development agreements. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and Brooklyn Law School.
