New York City-based RAL Companies & Affiliates LLC is a developer of luxury apartment, condominium and resort communities nationwide. Since its inception in 1982, RAL has taken an innovative approach to the development of New York City real estate. Through projects like The Franklin Tower and Tower 270, RAL redefined the Tribeca market boundaries. One Brooklyn Bridge Park has become a model for both the creative reuse of inner city real estate and the creation of a public/private partnership which enabled the creation of an 85 acre park along Brooklyn’s historic waterfront. The Inn at Lost Creek, one of RAL’s hospitality projects in Telluride, Colorado was named to a Conde Nast’s “Top 100 Hotels of the World”
