ABOUT
RAL ADVANTAGE
New York City-based RAL Companies & Affiliates LLC is a developer of luxury apartment, condominium and resort communities nationwide. Since its inception in 1982, RAL has taken an innovative approach to the development of New York City real estate. Through projects like The Franklin Tower and Tower 270, RAL redefined the Tribeca market boundaries. One Brooklyn Bridge Park has become a model for both the creative reuse of inner city real estate and the creation of a public/private partnership which enabled the creation of an 85 acre park along Brooklyn’s historic waterfront. The Inn at Lost Creek, one of RAL’s hospitality projects in Telluride, Colorado was named to a Conde Nast’s “Top 100 Hotels of the World”
Capitalizing on diverse backgrounds, RAL has become known for maintaining the highest standards of design and construction in all of its projects. The RAL network of affiliate companies, seamlessly linked together by a shared database and a state-of-the-art computer-aided design system, provides a full range of services including development, architecture, interior design, engineering, owner representation, brokerage, property management, landscape architecture and construction related services. The highly unique “one-stop shop” is able to provide this vast array of services due to decades of experience in developing its own properties and through its network of affiliate companies: Creative Design Associates, The Spandrel Group, A.S.I. Building Services, Site Development Associates, Innervations and Design Construction Consultants.
Along with their in-house architectural firm, Creative Design Associates, RAL’s guiding principle centers on a team approach dedicated to design and implementation of innovative architectural solutions within the complex urban fabric of New York City. The company’s dedication to innovation, service, relationships and communication is what truly distinguishes them from other developers. Guided by a team of experienced management, RAL has built strong partnerships with lenders, investors, tenants, contractors, brokerage firms, community groups and planning officials. The firm recognizes the critical nature of these relationships and works to reinforce them each and every day.
